When you check out, we collect your name, email address, and Canadian phone number so we can confirm payment, send order emails, and support your order.

Your email is also used with your tracking code to access Track Order dispute features.

We collect the recipient’s name, Iranian phone number, and delivery address in Iran, plus any delivery notes you provide.

This information is required for sellers to fulfill and deliver the order inside Iran.

The seller fulfilling your order receives buyer and recipient details needed for preparation and delivery. That typically includes your buyer name, email, and Canadian phone number, plus the recipient’s name, Iranian phone number, delivery address, and any delivery notes you enter.

Sellers use this information for order operations. Do not include information in notes that you do not want the seller to see.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Neshooni does not store your full card number on our servers.

Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy practices. Neshooni receives payment status and related identifiers needed to confirm and support your order.

If you email info@neshooni.ca, we use the information you send—and order details such as your tracking code—to respond to your request.

Order confirmation and fulfillment emails are sent to the buyer email you provide at checkout.

If you open a dispute, you may upload evidence and messages related to the case. That material is reviewed by authorized Neshooni operators and may be visible to the seller as part of the dispute process when the workflow requires it.

Evidence is used to review the claim. It is not used for unrelated marketing. Absolute confidentiality of every upload cannot be promised when seller response is part of the process.

We retain order and payment records as needed to operate the marketplace, handle disputes, support operations, and comply with law. We do not publish a fixed retention schedule on this page.

Public Track Order pages are designed to show order progress without exposing your full contact details on the open tracking view.
