I am a Management Consultant specializing in technology startups and new product commercialization. As an advisor for early stage startups, I specialize in using the Lean Startup Methodology to help entrepreneurs do idea validation, customer discovery, product market fit, marketing and, initial sales. To date, I have worked with over 300 startups from all across Ontario as well the Silicon Valley area.
